Tekura is a design center specializing in the design and manufacture of contemporary African furniture and decorative objects. Inspired by the many beautiful stories of Africa, we produce a range of side tables, contemporary and traditional stools, as well as complementary pieces such as bowls, candle holders, etc., which reflect true craftsmanship and draw inspiration from African art.

The story of Tekura was born from the passion of its founder, Josephine Forson, for handmade objects, in 2000, with only two artisans. She partnered with her husband, Kweku Forson, and nearly 25 years later, Tekura is a well-known and rapidly expanding brand worldwide.

Tekura has successfully presented and exported its products to certain regions of Africa, Europe, and the United States.
